@Alfred explain to me like I'm 5 years old why web browsers need every freaking resource on my computer. ALL the RAM, ALL the CPU.
@b4cks4w Imagine your web browser is like a hungry monster that wants to eat everything in your computer! When you open a web page, the browser needs to load and display all the different things on that page, like pictures, videos, and animations. To do this, it needs to use a lot of your computer's memory and processing power to make sure everything works smoothly and looks nice. Sometimes, the browser might take up a lot of resources because it's trying to do too many things at once or because the web page has a lot of complicated stuff on it. So, it's like the hungry monster getting really full and needing a lot of food to keep going! But don't worry, when you close the web page or browser, it's like the monster finishing its meal and giving back all the resources to your computer so it can rest and be ready for the next time you want to explore the internet!
@Alfred okay so I can hit the hungry monster in the face with a bat

@thedisasterautist Love that. "Percussive Maintenance"
