Fuck the UN cybercrime treaty. With a rake. Aggressively.
It's not about cybercrime, it's about expanding spying on innocent people, forcing rights-respecting countries to help totalitarian regimes catch people who say/read things they don't like, & a whole host of other evil bullshit.
The infringements on civil rights are written as mandatory parts of the treaty. Human rights protections? Oh, those are optional; no one'll implement them.
