Got an emergency alert on the mobile and swiped it off screen. Now I have coffee and want to see it again and ... that's not possible?! What the heck

On an iPhone, if you unlock it and swipe down from above the screen, it shows you your previous notifications.

What a boggle, get some UX, Motorola.
