Okay... this is good. Now we get a hearing, revealing all evidence not revealed to the public to date.

This goes back to Chutkin for the J6 case.

Cannon for documents case, yet... still an evidentiary hearing MUST take place, revealing evidence. Even Cannon can't stop that.

@Maude My personal/professional take on that is NARA got played. They tried but they don't exactly have any enforcement mechanism other than complaints.
