Victron says they will replace the battery charger. One phone call, no paper work. Pretty much their biggest fan right now.

@hanse yeah, in this case worth it. It was 70 bucks, is waterproof and has good maintenance features for lithium ion batteries. Con: it corked after 4 years and left the bank nearly depleted. I can't justify their controllers -- too spendy.
