@Dane kinda. GM only said they'd stop sharing extravagant amounts of data with two specific companies (Lexis Nexis and Verisk).
"As of March 20th, OnStar Smart Driver customer data is no longer being shared with LexisNexis or Verisk"

I think they left the door wide open to continuing.
