Canada and Ukraine will establish an international coalition to bring back to Ukraine children forcibly transferred from the occupied territories to other occupied oblasts or to Russia, and Canada will transfer tens of thousands (up to 83k if they work) of CRV7 rockets slated for decommissioning.
