Project for the day accomplished! Removed all of the decommissioned gas furnace platform and framing while preserving as much existing drywall as possible. Next weekend I should be able to patch all of the drywall on the way to making it into a proper hall closet! The sawzall is my friend!

@b4cks4w Thankfully, the heat pump installer took care of the furnace, itself. I just have to deal with the plenum above and the 2x4 framing platform below! With the framing wedged in the way it was, the sawzall to cut through the nails was way easier than trying to remove it all. 👍
