Fucking HOA's, man. They literally bill me yearly - so they can have the 'right' to.... bill me for bullshit 'violations' of an 'agreement' I'm FORCED to 'agree' to. Last time it was a partially dead bush, this time it's a broken twig (one inch wide wooden slat on a side awning).
They even send out letters along w/ photos, warning I will be fined and 'summoned' for a 'hearing' if I don't fix it within 14 days.
Who the are these people creeping around private property taking pictures?
