Fun fact about Samurai Cop: They had to reshoot some scenes. Unfortunately, the, um, "star" had cut his hair by that time, so he had to wear a wig which so did not match his hair in the other scenes. In one fight scene the wig came off.

Of the continuity problems in this, ehm, "production", surprised they worried about a small matter of fluctuating hair length.
You're right, this is professionally bad. Admirably terrible. They worked hard for no dollars to achieve the highest level of not good.
