Wanted to thank the 'Nauts who have recommended DuckDuckGo. It's saving me a lot of time and frustration.
I used to have my Google sort of "trained" for verifying medical terms; but, for the last few months it's been a recalcitrant jerk about helping and tries to send me to blogs and casual consumer sites rather than institutional and manufacturer sites.

If there's a site you rely on in particular, might try typing into duckduckgo,
!sitename search term
E.g.
!pubmed hypokalemia
If it doesn't work for a particular site, it's pretty easy to get it set up. See: https://duckduckgo.com/bangs
