How come my Notifications isn't showing I have notices? Ii's enabled and I still don't see that I have notices. What am I doing wrong?

@Kittiekatt53 Hey, not sure I totally understand the problem; are your Notifications a pinned column? Or...?
If they are a pinned column and not showing up, maybe a browser refresh (Shift+F5) will shake them loose?
