Tesla SHOULD be a world class company in every respect, but Musk's reluctance to invest significantly in new designs or even to facelift its badly aging current designs has all but killed the company.

It's now one of the least desirable EVs on the market, irrespective of segment.

A small part of this is due to the toxicity of Musk himself, but the major factor is that Musk has strangled innovation and design progression whilst he uses Tesla simply as a cash cow.

The simple fact is that the look, feel, and overall experience of a Tesla is not one of a premium product. They look and feel like kit cars.

Look at KIA for example, who are cleaning up the lower to mid end of the EV market.

Then you have companies like Jaguar and VW who are dominating the mid to top end.

I predicted it a while ago.

Tesla is an outdated and endangered species unless it evoloves very quickly, and I do not see that happening under Musk's stewardship.

@JolieSaboteuse Okay but they have that great customer satisfaction rating, just look:

"Tesla ranks last on influential JD Power quality survey"

No wait not that

"JD Power says Lexus is most dependable auto brand, ranks Tesla 30th out of 33"

No not that don't look at that hang on
