Day Three, post-op tonsillectomy for 9-yr old. We cannot keep her down. She's bored, desperate for a cheeseburger and fries, and has consistently rated her pain a 3 or 4.
She's just be-bopping around the house!

Had that surgery later in life and was miserable for 24 hours, sore for a few days. Maybe ease into the cheeseburger though with some less challenging fare?
@b4cks4w she had the usual popsicles, ice cream the first day, but she wanted savory foods so badly. This cheeseburger was very soft and pliable. She did well.
