Mind boggling that the Apollo 13 crew, 250,000 miles away from earth and 53 years ago had a better chance at survival than these people on this sub.

@th3j35t3r Then I remember NASA engineered redundancy, and sic'd Margaret Hamilton on the software so that the inevitable errors appeared in order of importance.
Contrast this POS can^H^H^H"submarine" with years of failures that seemingly taught nobody anything.
