Just heard a piece of shit asshole in my business comment about members of my staff being “quota hires” instead of “the right people for the job”. I went to him, greeted him, made sure that he knew I’m the owner, and said “Not that it’s any of your business, but” and proceeded to point out each member of my staff that he harassed, listed off their qualifications and assured him that they were, indeed, the right people for the job despite his opinions.
“Lost a customer” but FUCK it felt good.
