Anyone using an induction stove?
Looking for real life pros and cons.
Other than the initial outlay & pan requirements, which I'm aware of.

I have one cheap and one middling induction burner.
Love 'em both. The better one has finer low-end control.
I have a professional cooking background, up til now preferred gas stoves.
