Well I'm still going to put down "human" on forms.

National Academies: We can’t define “race,” so stop using it in science.

Use scientifically relevant descriptions, not outdated social ideas.

@b4cks4w You should put down Sapiens, short for Homo Sapiens. The actual name of our species.

@HereticTheoretician
But race isn't species. Human is equally hard to define and will get fuzzier as we augment and clone ourselves. Just subbing in another useless term.

Ethnicity is what they were after, and I don't think that's useful either except to document our inequities.

Let's focus on inequity instead of perceived variations?

@b4cks4w Homo Sapiens is defined as the defacto name of our species.
Just like, cro-magnon, neanderthal etc. All proto humans so to speak. Archeologist don't define Neanderthals ethnically as French Neanderthals, German Neanderthals, Italian Neanderthals or ethnically group them by checking the DNA for variations in the species which includes skin, hair, eye colours in various combinations. We don't know their beliefs so a jewish Neanderthal is out of the question.They are just Neanderthals.
