Help!
My CoSo phone app is saying I have enabled my plp OR HAS A LOCKED ACCOUNT.
How do I fix it???

Hi and welcome.
These are features you can control from your profile page on either desktop or mobile:
On mobile I clicked the hamburger (three lines) menu top right, and Edit Profile, Then Profile
Scrolled down...
Public Landing Page settings are down there, and also a Lock Account check box.

Whether you want these or not is up to you. I fly with PLP boxes checked and Lock Account unchecked. YMMV

Thanks I'll try. I'll have to do it on my desktop computer as I can't get into the phone app.🤔

@OldLefty Aha, that's probably not related to those features.

I think you're right to make sure you can login on the desktop, then sort out the phone.

And then look at those features.
