Used my stovetop smoker for the chicken in my murgh makhani. Hubby gets extra spicy shrimp vindaloo.

It just occurred to me that it might look like I am smoking the chicken in the pot on top of the smoker. 😂 The pot did double duty to weigh down the lid and then serve as the gravy pot.

@b4cks4w it’s a Cameron’s stovetop smoker. Disadvantages are its size (no pork butts unless you cuts it up) and the smell permeates the house. Not a bad smell entirely, but it does linger. This is why I weigh the lid down. It keeps some smoke from escaping. It is so handy, though. I do enjoy it.
