@etakeh hmmm Windows 10 should handle it.

I would double check that partition is okay and double check the file is not corrupt - could lack an EOF. Maybe just recopy it to a HDD and then try the flashdrive again.

I'm not up on Windows tools for these things, but you can run ubuntu in Windows linux shell (WSL) and then use fsck and dd
