In the interest of avoiding new mold, I scheduled the plumber to come out and fix a newly leaky shutoff valve, and his hourly rate makes me think I might be in the wrong business 😳

The shutoff for this house is in a place I don't want to ever see again. I can pay the plumber, or a psychiatrist.
