I'm glad they used some empirical-ish data instead of anything from the FCC.

Looking at counties with, e.g.; major state universities that don't break 50%. It's pathetic. Broadband should be a public utility. Where it is, it works well.

GIS overlays of this with population density, income, education status, etc. would be interesting -- wish I had the time.
