Figshare has launched a free portal at https://COVID19.figshare.com/
Note: As far as I know Figshare doesn't vet content. Their mission is frictionless publishing of (predominantly) academic content, but YMMV as to peer-review, accuracy, etc.
Researchers only need to create an account on Figshare and upload content with COVID-19 as one of the keywords on their metadata form to have it appear in the COVID-19 Open Research Portal.
