I think Twitter Inc should not require* me to have an account in order to see congress/government critters' communications.
Sure they want to generally shove me in that direction for [capitalism], but I think public employees' accounts openly viewable.
* I most often see, "something went wrong", "technical error", "you've been rate-limited". So yeah, _requires_.
