Ukrainians haven proven their dexterity in learning western weaponry & equipment... on the fly.
Eastern and southern Ukraine is a perfect terrain for tanks.

Heard some of our military people training Ukrainians say those resourceful fighters came up with ways to utilize our weapons that our military had never thought of. But we need to remember, this is a people with old women bringing down surveillance drones by throwing jars of tomatoes and pickles!
Give them what they ask for & throw in extras!

It turns out the Abrams tank can use a variety of fuels, although most do use jet fuel.
It is my guess, they are considering the tanks that use diesel.
I don't know if this means a smaller number of tanks to be provided. I guess we'll find out.
