So tomorrow I am having a long-awaited procedure done by my new 12 yr old doc (just kidding). He’s probably 30.
My former doc retired & never discussed this treatment with me (value of younger docs).
Usually pretty cool about healthcare but this procedure seems quite radical. If it works, it could solve a long-standing problem.
Only because my Inner Child wanted ice cream for dinner, can you send us healing, hugs, prayers, good vibes, juju, etc?

I also want to explore the fact that acid, at least in 3rd Edition, was sort of considered to be linked to the element of Earth, so that fire, ice, lightning and acid (the main elemental-y damage types) each had a counterpart. And of course a lot of acids have mineral components so it sort of makes sense.
Thinking of a #TTRPG spell that operates on the principle that trying to contain water ice as it is freezing falls under the category of "bad ideas."
The spell essentially turns a tiny metal sphere into a grenade that deals cold and bludgeoning damage in a 10' cube (reflex your mom for half, as per usual.)
