They were talking about essentially defecting to Paizo after the last fiasco, and that might be exactly what needs to happen now. But... It's not the same without the awesome DMing team of Perkins and Crawford. And we might lose that.

Because of corporate greed.

And that... Just kind of wrecks me.

Hey, here's some good news- I get to go grocery shopping tomorrow!

I know it's stressful for a lot of folks, but I enjoy it.

Sometimes.

...Well, occasionally.

Thing is, groceries = INGREDIENTS and that makes them fun.

I understand and accept that I am going to run into this staying in a shelter. But the fact is, they ALSO need to be aware that people around them have issues. I'm not the only adult in the room.

I'm having a tough time today. Untreated mania is a huge trigger for me- not only the constant, high-paced rattling but the complete obliviosity, the inability to consider that they may be driving people insane. The delusions of grandeur. The toxic positivity- and their ability to hear someone tell them about toxic positivity, agree wholeheartedly, say they "get it" and then engage in it in the same breath.

Little in this world compares to the joy of well-made bread with butter.

Just can't with people's delusions today. Best keep to myself.
