My drawing of Uncle Sam and a quick sketch of the Greatest American Hero for an American Heroes themed drink & draw. Sam took about an hour and 15 minutes, the other was about 20 minutes. We normally stream for 2 hours, so if finish my main piece early I'll try to do a quick sketch.

Props to #BlueSkyStudios for starting this project and to #AnnapurnaPictures for finishing it along with #DNEGAnimation. And a huge middle finger to Disney for quashing it while it was under Blue Sky. I'm glad the creatives pushed to get it finished and found a new home for it. I just wish I could have seen it in a theatre.

The voice cast is great, the animation is beautiful, and the story is strong.

I needed to do some brushing up on drawing hands. I find myself falling into some bad habits in drawing them. I sketched as many as I could in about an hour and half. This was an exercise to help reinforce correct hand structure in my mental library so that I can draw them better when I don't have reference in front of me.

I'm a fan of the @CorridorCrew Youtube channel. They have a segment called "Punch for Punch" where they make a short based on action sequences from Netflix movies and shows. This drawing is Gui Dasilva-Greene (@GuiDaSilvaTricks) from a short scene based on The Witcher.
