Some years back, I was sick of the toxicity of X, when I a tweet from Jester saying he was going to create a place where we could congregate safely and engage in positive dialogue without trolls and foreign actors.

A short while later he anounced he was done and invited folks to come over. I followed quietly because I was still healing from the death of my mother and my son going away to college.

This place became my safe harbor where I could just exist until I became whole again.
