Interesting recommendations. Some- I read, and were a bit 'darker' than I wish. A Gentleman in M- that was interesting recco- I actually meant to put it in the list but decided to keep my list to 3 only. The mood was indeed similar.

It is not an easy task, as "moods' and books perceptions are, of course, subjective. Further, even if written by same author, diff book= diff style.

It's a cool exercise, and I 'll try a few new titles.
