What is it that makes us human?

What is it that made Homo Sapiens survive, perpetuate, evolve, and not other cousins we had 300,000 yrs ago?

My fav theory: it was the survival of the *friendliest*. Our empathy, our kindness, our sense of community. Perhaps, I'd dare say, even . Gratitude is central to a sense of community.

(hard not to jump to analogy, ) 😍

@artemis

Not a bonobo-like tendency to attempt to impregnate anything that'll stand still long enough?

Perhaps.

@mcfate
lol, that too. Bonobos are super friendly and kind, though. Generous. Sweet temperament.
