Didn't Joe Biden already have a security clearance at the time regarding the classified documents he was in possession of?
Doesn't GOP have better things to do other than child's play antics, and seeking vengeance after being called out for the wrongs they've committed?

@apetrusk it sounds like he did and even then he immediately let the national archives know what was up unlike the GOP case of hiding it and having to call the FBI to get them. Pretty much right! And to answer that question, The GOP could be doing better things with their time but that also means that they aren’t passing stupid laws either as well.
