I didn't watch the speech, but I've been reading articles that are coming out. Looking at some of the comments,

I see a future of a dysfunctional state government. Kati appears to have a hard-line stance on what she wants to do. Freed Caucus members walked out. It will be interesting to see if she has the ability to lead effectively.
