Hi! Could be just a "hiccup" or an issue with the URL. If it happened to me, I'd try just getting out of CS and back in or if necessary, reboot.

I'm thinking it's a software/comm issue. I'm not aware of any rules or regulations from CS. Is the URL long? Maybe there's a limitation.
Just throwing in some thoughts/ideas.
