6 months of 80% WFH and it’s been a good deal. I do some of my best work the days I go to the office so I save my big dumb projects for that day.

Maybe tonight I start doing my taxes.

Took husband almost 3 hours to notice I got a lot of hair cur off. In fairness I was curled up in a blanket on couch the whole time.

Cut off 7 inches. Feel & look much better!

Getting a minimum of 6” of hair cut today. I had been growing my hair out since 2018 and it got pretty long 2020-2021 until I had it trimmed quite a bit. Once I notice that I keep putting it up/back that it’s time to try a new style. Had to dig through photos to find the style I want to go back to. Not pixie but sort of a long bob.

Ugh, slight nausea from staring at computer screen saving files for one of 4 large audits I must complete. Need a reminder to take breaks to look away / step away from monitors.

The remnants of plant & soil have been discarded. I added the rooted thanksgiving cactus clippings we got from husband’s stepmom’s plant to new soil in the pot. Hopefully it doesn’t die because it looks so good so far.

Sometimes I miss the random calls I would have to make at my old job. I really don’t mind talking on the phone.

Just composed a 9-page letter to a facility stating “these are all the things wrong with your documentation”. uffda.

Jeez. I went to CVS and it was all bright & Sunny. I get home and 10-15 minutes later a thick fog as descended.

If I’m not expecting visitors or a delivery & I’m home alone and someone knocks on our door I do not answer. I’m not stupid.
