My work queue has one project in it this morning that I’ve had on hold since Thursday to give me a chance to review the records. Other than that and a 30 min meeting at 11am my day is wide open.
I need to go pick up the work-branded shirts I ordered, haircut after work, and bowling after that.

@phase2 that is one of the best things about CoSo - a lack of notification badges & alerts. It bugged me at first but now it’s a great feature. I turned off all notifications & alerts on other apps and I noticed my ability to be present increased and anxiety decreased.

All of my muscles feel a bit sore this morning. I’d rather lay on the couch all day BUT this is no where near as bad as I felt when I had Covid. I don’t want that again. #Vaccine

5 hours later arm is mildly sore like I slept on it wrong.

I am super patient with pharmacists when I go to pick up Rx because they are running constantly all day and have to deal with sometimes sick, confused or angry people.
