Hmmm, next week’s precipitation & temps aren’t great but at least the wind isn’t as bad. I miss sunny days.

1-1/2 lbs flank steak, 1 lb sweet sausage, 1 lb hot sausage, 2 lbs bone-in country style ribs, 12 cloves garlic, 2 onions, tomato paste, tomato purée, diced tomato, & oregano. On high for 2 hours then low for 6.
Already smells good.

Anyway look at the cats that are no longer with me. Simon the sweetest softest kitty, Skillz the floofy ragdoll, and Mena who always looked angry but was very greedy for pets.

A lot of people new to the area/region don’t know it does snow here in March & April (and in May once in a while). My morning commute shall be dicey in the slush.
