What type of pepper might these be?

Pickled peppers in the fridge. My sister gave me a bunch of stuff (🍅,🌶🫑,beets,squash,kohlrabi) but these I’m not sure the type/heat level.

Aunt & uncle made me take “some basil” 😂. And sage. And tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers & onions. I better get to making pesto!

Piper is not impressed with my return visit today..

This isn’t all of them. We made 460+ Gingersnap cookies. A few we frosted per an aunt’s request. Had a really good time with my aunt/uncle, my oldest sister and my 4 cousins. I was sent home with lots of tomatoes, cucumbers and basil and I told them to invite me out when they start canning because I’d love to help & learn.

It rained most of the day over the region. My brothers were posting about how much rain they did or did not get so my sisters & I also chimed in

I made a pretty tasty dinner tonight.
Pan-seared ricotta gnocchi in a browned butter & sage sauce. Would definitely make again. The gnocchi recipe made enough that I could freeze half the batch. Im excited to have some in the freezer.
