It’s dry here. Usually the Red River is up a little bit, around 17-18’, but we’ve received so little snow this year and had a dry fall. Forecast says windy Monday with a fire warning.
April 1st 2020 the Red River was at 28.23’.
Might not even reach 17’ this spring.
