We made the most amazing soy free vegan bacon tonight! Used Knorrs Vegetable bouillon concentrate with 1/4 cup water instead of tamari or soy sauce in the recipe linked below.

With Daiya smoked Gouda we made vegan bacon wrapped Jalapeño poppers - I ate about 10.
