I just watched a reel and a woman washed chicken with Dawn and a scrubbing brush. Why? Do people think that eliminates bacteria? It doesn’t. If I scrubbed raw chicken with Dawn, I know I’d have some serious stomach issues.
My Mom used to par boil all chicken, and then bake it. That was bad enough.
@amarand It was some random instagram reel. A woman cooking baked chicken. I watch a bunch of cooking reels, that’s not the first time I’ve watched someone do that.
