The Tennessee Speaker that led the removal of two black representatives apparently doesn't live in the district he represents. That should be a reason for removing a representative. He's taken maximum per diem payments for living 200 miles away from Nashville.

He also hasn't paid property tax on the property he keeps in the district he "represents".
It's warms my heart to watch these slime balls become the focus of scrutiny.
