Seeds, rapeseed oil, salt – and crickets. These are some of the ingredients in the new insect bread. The crickets were first ground into a powder which was then used in the baking.

The aim is for the baked crickets to function as a healthy and sustainable protein.

In Sweden, it has been allowed to sell food with insects for a few years - but it is still unusual.
