Yes well if one of you could go ahead and reset the IT HAS BEEN TK DAYS SINCE OUR LAST BAKING-RELATED ACCIDENT counter for me, that would be swell. I'll be over here icing my thumb and wondering if I still have the benadryl creme.
@elbutterfield Yeah, I feel like I have not been sacrificing to the Baking Gods regularly enough and had gotten a little cocky; hadn't burned myself on a bread pan in easily eight loaves. I was overdue.
