The January 6th Committee unanimously recommends that Donald J. Trump be referred to the DOJ for criminal charges including:

- Obstruction of an Official Proceeding

- Conspiracy to Defraud the United States

- Conspiracy to Make a False Statement

- "Incite," "Assist" or "Aid and Comfort" an Insurrection
