Been a good girl, went to the gym even thou i was exhausted. Had a look at myself and i can see I've changed, my legs feels really thin in comparison to before and my waist is smaller. I have visible muscles on areas, only thing I havnt experienced is this " energy gain " people claim they get. Probably the burnout that nulls that out? It's important for me to stop and reflect on how I look cause way to many times i can't see or feel it. My brain has a whole different image of it than reality
