I've been saying my boy is 11 for over two years now.
He's 13. Border Terriers live 12 to 15 years 😬. He's in fine fettle but is starting struggle getting up stairs 😢. If I could go back in time I'd pay whatever I had to get him again. ♥️. I'd rob a bank. I reckon he's saved my life twice; not in a mountain rescue way, in an emotional way ☺️#cosodogs #dogsofcoso
@DanielCoopreal its hard when your pets get old </3 lost our pup last summer/autumn . Hurt lots but she sure gave us alot of memories and happiness, try to focus on the time you have now and take tons of images. Dogs are amazing
@Zolah they are, you're right. Sorry about your pup by the way. Pablo has had a great life so far. Breaks my heart to see him struggle on the stairs, but of course dogs don't dwell on things, which is part of what makes them so great. Just full speed ahead enthusiasm all the time 🙂
@DanielCoopreal it's OK, she put a golden lining to our life for 14 years. Maybe see if you can get one of those puppy ramps? They are usually not slippery so older pups can walk up them with ease. Lol yeah, our dog Dizzy was like a puppy for the most part. Play , play and play ! The only difference was how long she could play and when bed time was lol. She had a set time when everyone were supposed to go to bed with her, 8 o clock. 😆

@Zolah I'm definitely looking at puppy ramps. I'm investigating a stairlift for the staircase too!
