I think I'm long term fatigued again, this means less socialising and more controlled sleeping habits. Hopefully I'll be less tired during the days shortly
@Zolah believe it or not, a quick 20-30min catnap works wonders. That’s all the brain needs sometimes to rejuvenate

@Patti1120 My brain sadly refuse to sleep, been fighting it since I was a kid. I have better control over it now though so I get to sleep at night ^^
