OOF, I overdid it. I wish I had some better signs rather than "too late, do nothing for 2-3 days ". Burnout is probably one of the most hard things to treat, I am better but it's like either running on ice or standing still getting nowhere. 😕 I've been sick for 3-4? Years. Just recently got TMS which helped alot, but my heart wants more than what I have atm. I know I can't hurry, but I really long for a job and even if it's not a huge income I would love having something to do at least some days
